This site doesn't use tracking cookies, cross-site advertising pixels, or analytics trackers that fingerprint visitors. You can read the articles, review our methodology, and browse without being followed around the web.
When you reach out
If you send an email or submit the fit-check form, we use your contact information and any project context you share only to review your inquiry and reply directly.
Your details stay between us. We don't add your address to marketing newsletters. We don't enroll you in automated sales drip campaigns, and we never sell, rent, or trade your contact information to third parties or data brokers.
Confidential client files
Packaging compliance requires working with proprietary specifications, supplier CAD drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), tare weight certificates, and state shipment figures.
Before proprietary files change hands, we execute mutual confidentiality terms. Your source documents are treated as confidential business records, used strictly for packaging categorization and statutory fee calculations, and purged from temporary working environments once an engagement concludes.
Automated analysis and AI
Extracting structured component weights and material classifications from hundreds of supplier PDFs, technical drawings, and spec sheets is a core part of packaging data engineering. To handle this efficiently, we use automated data pipelines and modern machine analysis, including AI.
No raw client data goes into an AI service unless you have approved that vendor and its retention and training terms. Where you approve automated analysis, we apply strict controls:
- No model training: Client files, packaging specs, and commercial records are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Automated analysis runs only under terms with no model training on client content.
- Limited retention, secure processing: We use vendors with approved business terms, limited retention, and encryption in transit and at rest, with access logs. We send the minimum necessary excerpt, never portal credentials or full raw archives into unapproved tools, and never paste client files into free consumer AI chatbots.
- Never sold or shared for advertising: Your data is never monetized, brokered, or shared with third parties for marketing or any purpose outside the direct scope of your analysis.
